Can't let this opportunity pass me by.

Hello bigger pockets community.

I need some financing. Theres a house being sold with equity that I need to buy.

Besides a car loan, I am debt free (32k car loan) and less then 2k in monthly expenses.

Make in the range of 80 to 100k a year with 60k available assets.

I went the FHA route and it didnt dent pan out.

I would like to put as little down on the house.

I know the sweat that needs to be put in this house to be profitable.

2 family, few homes in the neighborhood have a driveway, backyard and a garage, mine does. Its in a prime Realestate area. Max profit, 1000 Monthly cashflow. Most negative outcome $500 monthly payment, which I can cover easily. The negative outcome would be temporary.

I need a loan/ partner that can recognize the opportunity. I prefer a bank as my first option.

Thank you for you time. You’re help is life changing.
