Private Lending/Personal Line of Credit - Experienced Flipper

Hey guys! I hope all is well...was hoping to get some help or leads in regards to finding a private lender or some direction on a personal line of credit to extend my reach with my flips. I've flipped properties for 10+ years and I have a credit score above 700 (I think in the 720's). I do have a hard money lender I work with but was hoping to find another option at a better rate. Thanks in advance for any help!

In this low interest rate environment it shouldn't be that difficult for an experienced rehabber to find private money. Private money is a relationship business. You get it by telling everyone you know what you do and what you can offer your investors. Be sure you know what you want and what you can offer when your prospects ask for more information. How many people did you speak with today?
