Refinancing - Does building construction matter?
Hi All
Would anyone be able to advise me on whether or not the construction of a house affects the refinancing options?
For example, are you able to refinance a brick and mortar house at a better deal (Higher % of ARV, better APR, and term) as opposed to a house which is just brick trim on pier and beam?
Thank you in advance
