Refinancing a recent purchased rental property in Houston

I have a 4 bedroom house in Houston which I have decided to rent and I'm looking for refinancing. ARV is around 150k and I'm looking for 90k-100k long term loan low interest loan.

I am a US citizen but live in Australia I trade through an LLC registered in Arizona. I also have 2 rehabs in progress in Phoenix and am getting ready to purchase two more flips in Phoenix. I may need additional finance for these deals.

Any suggestions on who or how to approach.

Thanks
