Hello,

I am entering attorney review on a 3 family in NJ. Wondering if anyone is about to lock a rate what they are currently being told on the rate...

I will be owner occupying with 20% down. Is the interest rate on a 3 family owner occupy greater than a regular single family?

Anyone in the lending business have a current rate for a 30yr fixed...purchase price 340k 20% down. Strong credit... Right now I am thinking of floating before I lock to see if it comes down. Being told that right now it is 4.125...

Thanks!
