Home equity loan without verifiable income

Hey guys I am fairly new to BP and to real estate investing,  I have one SF that I bought for cash and it is rented, bringing in good cash flow, but I would really like to get a home equity loan, to possibly buy another property. The problem is I am a student and have basically no verifiable income, though I do have around 70k in savings, I was wondering if anybody knows any lenders around Chicago that would work with me to get a home equity loan?
