Lender-financed closing costs for a VA loan

I've got two lenders in Miami that are offering to finance my closing costs on a VA-approved loan for $310,000.

Both of them are offering to do so by adding .5% to my interest rate. While this seems reasonable, can anyone out here offer me a better rate? Maybe only .25% increase?

Looking to do $310,000 for 30 years.

Thanks!
