NACA- Any experience with this? Anyone?

Hi BP-

I am looking at using NACA to use as a means for purchasing a 4 unit family home. It would be my first home purchase and I would live in the building in one unit and rent out the other 3 units.

Does anyone have any advice or insight on using NACA for getting a low interest, low down payment mortgage? Good? Bad? Ugly? Precautions?

Thanks,

Paige
