3 years removed from short sale

I am 3 years removed from a short sale, but other than that I am an A+ paper borrower. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to finance a loan in Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, and/or Florida. I am trying to purchase a rental property but do not know if it is possible given my situation.

Robert: You may have some options. The LTV would be around 75% but if you have a mid score of at least 660, we might be able to help you out. The only state I don't think we do is MS.
