1st deal under contract

We (my wife Heather and I) are excited to announce that we have our first fix/flip deal under contract.  We have funds for the repairs, but need funding for the purchase.  We have a closing scheduled for 8/14.  Here is the data:

Purchase Price: $75k

Repairs: $15k

ARV: $125k

Please let me know if you have any contacts for PML or HML to help us out. We are in Michigan. This may be our first deal; however, we have a great mentor that is coaching us as we get started. He has been a RE investor for 40 years.

We appreciate any help.
