Financing and scaling

Hi everyone!

As I look into scaling our business, I am having difficulties with the amount of reserves required to close a deal. I talked to a couple of local credit unions, but their requirenments were similar to big banks. I still need to call more lenders, but don't know if anyone has any recommendation. Should I continue to look for a local credit union that could be more flexible or do I need to go the private lending route? Any recommendation are freatly appreciated. I am in the Phoenix market.
