HELOC loan terms - best way to go?
We're considering the purchase of our first buy and hold rental investment property using a home equity line of credit. What is the best way to go? 1) Variable rate loan 2) Interest only lock for 3,5 or 7 year term or 3) A traditional principal and interest lock?
