Hello Bigger Pockets Forum!

My business partner and I are seeking private money lenders in the St. Louis/St. Charles area to potentially fund our awarded HUD contracts. We would like to develop a personable long term relationship with any lenders who are willing to fund several deals per month. We would like to meet personally with investors interested in discussing terms! If anyone has any suggestions, or recommendations, we thank you in advance for your feedback!
