LOC on Michigan Investment Property but live in Chicago

Hello,

I am curious to know if anyone knows of any lenders that offer HELOC product on investment property in Michigan. I've been dialing banks and credit unions for the past 5 business days and have only come up with 5th 3rd & FirstMerit. I'm kind of sick of waiting for 10 minutes on hold every time just to get a "Oh, no, we don't do that."

I also hope this doesn't violate the lender request guidelines of posting. Sorry if it does - I'm just at my wits end with trying to come up with a list!
