What is NYP? Os it that a mistype?
Interest Rate: 4.75% fixed for 60 months of initial amortization,
NYP + 1.50%, adjusting every 5 years, thereafter;
4.75% floor. 15 or 20 year amortizations.
Loan Terms: 5/5 ARM with Principal and Interest payments due monthly.
