New Home Construction Question?
Does anyone know a lender that finances new home construction in GA? What do you typically need?

If the property needs to be built, you'll have to get a construction loan first. Once the construction is completed, then you can roll that over into a conventional loan.
The best thing to do is to find a local bank where the property is located at, and make sure they can do the construction loan. If they also can finance the property after the construction is completed, it makes it an easier process.
