I have a piece of property in Green Valley, AZ that has been in my name for over 9 years.  I need to pay off the mortgage to get my ex out of the picture, rehab it and my realtor will list for $155k.  I am looking for $100k.  I would love it to be minimal monthly payments with a balloon at the end.  I have a contractor to do the work waiting.  I need to pay this off asap.  I have been looking for an investor.  Do you know anyone that would be interested?  I really need to find someone.  Thanks!
