I'm looking for some private lenders. I'm in the North Jersey area and do about 8-10 deals a year. I'm looking for private lenders who want to work with an experienced Rehabber. I buy fix and hold or flip real estate. I have over 70 deals under my belt. I have a deal ready to be funded right now at a 54% ARV.
