Hello.

I have a person that is willing to lend me money for a rehab that I am under contract. He has agreed to lend me full price for property purchase with interest only loan for 1 year at 10%. I will be paying interest only every month and also a set amount to get the loan started. Does anyone know of where I can find a form for something like this?
