Owner Financing

Hi Guys…

I have a client that has contacted me wanting to know if I could help set up owner financing for his properties. He has 2 SFR and 2 Triplexes. Total estimated value 550K. Gross rents are 5,800. He wants some money down and wants to be the bank. I think he is looking for something amortized over 20 years, but payable in 10. Resonable interest rate. Any ideas?
