average apr on rental properties
Good Evening all,
My wife and i are looking at rental SF properties in tarrant/dallas tx. Just wanted to see what the average APRs everyone is getting out there. We are ideal borrowers, very good credit +740, 20% down, cash reserves for monthly payments etc. Ive been shopping around and the best i got so far was mid 4s and then other lenders are telling me low 5s. What are you guys paying on your rental properties? Any advice would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance.

Similar credit scores here, 49k rental home, conventional loan, 5.25% which we bought down to I think 4.75% for a few hundred dollars.
