Hi,

I'm new to the boards and wanted to introduce myself by posting a questions, I'm currently working out the details of a deal, It's an under 50k purchase and I'm looking for it to be (purchase and reno). At this point i'm at a crossroads as to how much in cash or collateral a sub 50k lender would want if the ARV were 50-60k avg for the property?

Thanks for any advice
