Hello All, So I have my down payment ready for a purchase of a SFH to rent out. I want to go the conventional route 30yr loan. Should I try to finance with just one lender or can I try two lenders at same time and see who gives me the best numbers....? Will it hurt my credit score if I attempt with 2 lenders? Should I just stick with one lender?
