Chicago investor wiith CA property wants mortgage lender recommendations

Hello BP,

I live in Chicago but co-own a San Diego multi-family ( 2 SFRs on the same lot). I financed the property with AimLoan.com in 2013 and have been satisfied with them thus far. I am looking to refinance now and get cash out to invest in another property in Chicago in a few months. I have applied for the refinancing with AimLoan.com and GoodMortgage.com. Has anyone used GoodMortgage and how was your experience? Are there any other 'low cost' national or local (San Diego or Chicago) lenders that you could recommend for this or future deals?

Thanks.
