Flood Property Rehab
Does it matter to conventional loan providers whether the property was flooded from outside or in? I always assumed that banks care about the foundation issues caused by flooding from outside as well as the likelihood of the property being flooded again. But now that I am looking at a property that is listed as 'flooded from inside', I want to know if that will be an issue for my bank, before I make any commitments.
