Hello,

75k loan on 450k property in NY

Private/Hard Money lenders wanted. We invest in SFH's
that are rehabbed and sold to owner occupants. Your loan
would be secured by this real estate. Your loan is secured
by a Mortgage on the property, a personally signed promissory
note, and a homeowner’s insurance policy
