Axiom Capital - Portfolio Loans

I am looking into a portfolio loan via Axiom Capital.  Does anyone have any feedback about their offerings?  Anything to watch out for?

Axiom has lots of products and a good reputation. My experience with them is that they follow through with what they say. You have to be careful that you don't get handed off because certain people only handle certain programs, and some want to keep you in the program they offer to keep their commission.  So make sure you're getting what you want and you'll be fine with them.

Their portfolios and commercial loans are competitive from what I remember. They are the only items I'd recommend. There are better places for conventional, government and full doc investor loan (residential).
