Need conventional financing, non FHA

I am a self employed real estate investor who owns 6 high cash flow properties.

I also flip properties as my main source of income.  I am finishing building my own house to move into which I have a 10% hard money loan on and need to get permanent conventional financing on to replace it. My credit is around 750 but last year I tried to refi a rental property through fha but for 1 reason or another couldnt.  I am assuming the same for this year.

What other options do I have for a permanent, owner occupied, 30 year fixed product that has a reasonable rate??

Please Help!!

Thanks,

Steve
