Need a recommendation for a mortgage broker
Hi all!
I'm interested in refinancing one of my rental homes. It used to be my personal residence so it is financed at 7%, with a home equity loan as a second to avoid PMI insurance at the time I originally bought it.
When I moved out, I was hesitant to refi because I didn't want to draw attention to the fact that it is now a rental.
home is currently rented and the rent is paying both notes, but I know there could be a better monthly amount cleared if I could refi. Any recommendations, or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
