Current Interest Rates - Investment properties

Hi everyone!

I am so glad to have found Bigger Pockets.  From reading several posts it's clear there is much wisdom here.  I am a real estate "investor" by default.  My problem is that my investment property loses money.  I bought the property in question at the top of the market in 2006 then moved to take a new job.  The market turned south and the property is under water in terms of sales value.  I have been renting it for the past 5 years at a loss.

My current 1st mortgage interest rate is 5.375%.  This rate was negotiated back in 2011.  My question today is what is the current range of interest rates I can expect to find on a rental house?   The house is in Maryland.  Thanks in advance!
