American Financial Resources Inc. vs New American Funding

I am looking at financing options for my next purchase. I currently have five properties and four mortgages, New American Funding looks like it has good reviews. I see little feed back on American Financial Resources Inc. Does anyone have experience with these lenders or have another company to recommend?

Any input is appreciated.
