Want to partner with brother to flip a home need a few quick tips

So I have successfully flipped a property in the past and convinced my brother to get a loan to fund the next project. We have identified properties that fit our criteria. I'm looking for the next step before making the offers. He is preapproved for a loan under his name. I want to outline our plan, purpose and responsibilities. So do start with a joint venture contract or can I draw something up and have us sign it. We both are meeting with a attorney but what are some things we should know or do before we meet with him.
