How should you/I choose a lender

Greetings everyone Recently became eligible to use my VA loan . I used a the lending tree resource , then I had all types of lenders calling me so I could borrow there money . If the interest rates are the same why would I chose one lender over the other? please advise so I can better understand this system. So I can fianace my 4plex right Tereal wilson
