Are there any expirienced private lenders in the north western Pa area

I am a beginner real estate investor. I Own my own home free and clear. I have one rental property. I live in Dubois, Pa. I am 45 years old an was forced into retirement and now my income along with the income of the rental property just pays the bills. I have found a lot of good deals in my area for fix and flip. I can do a lot of the work myself and I have a contractor that is experienced and reasonably priced to help when needed. I need some one someone with experience to lend me the money at 65% ARV to fund my deals. Where or how can I find some one. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
