WI Lenders for out of state investors?

Hi all,

We are purchasing a property in WI and have been looking for a lender but have been struggling. We have a bank, Bank Mutual, who will do the loan but their fees are a bit high. All of the other banks we have contacted do not lend to investors who live outside of the area or outside of WI and we are in CA. 

Any suggestions?
