Loan Based on Property Income
Hello. A few years ago I found a loan where it was based on the rent income history of a commercial building rather than your personal income. I cannot find it now that I am wanting to use it though. Does anyone know of a program like this?
Thanks,
Wendy

Wendy,
We typically see deals based on the income of the property. Also, length of leases and strength of tenants is important. We typically are looking at net worth and liquidity of the borrower too, but have flexibility based on the property strength.
