How to Approach Financing for this
I have a portfolio of 15 cash flowing doors. These are mostly SFH but I also have 3 duplexes. The average value per door is $75k. These all are owned without a mortgage, and I would like to get my money working harder for me by introducing some leverage into the portfolio. What is the most effective way to get financing in this situation and use that money to buy additional properties?
