Any suggestions for a Home Equity Lender?

I'm looking for a Home Equity Loan with a low fixed interest rate, for a term of around 15 years.

I'm looking to pull equity out of my primary residence (a.k.a. Homestead), but also have a free and clear rental property that I can leverage, although because of my high debt to income ratio I don't qualify for Fannie/Freddie Financing.

I have searched several posts on BP, and have found that others have recommended Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed), US Bank, Wells Fargo, and TD Bank, for a home equity loan.  Any recommendations for these or other lenders?
