My friends and I formed a company 1.5 years ago and started flipping in Seattle Area. We have track records of success and now seeking for working capital for more upcoming project. Is our company too young for a business loan or credit line? Our debt ratio is .4.

Replied

You stand a chance to get a business loan as long as you guarantee the loan and can show bank statements and income to prove you can repay the loan.
