Hard Money Needed?

N/A N/A

My brother and I started a LLC 2.5 yrs ago with the goal of purchasing rental properties with excellent cash flow. We have accumulated 19 properties. Our plan was to purchase cheap (with cash), rehab, and then rent and refi. Traditional lending is wearing me OUT!! I would like to borrow hard money at a higher rate and start getting back on track. Our properties are around 30K (50K after rehab) and rent for $450 to $500. Our goal is 200 properties. We are both 700 scores and self-employed. What to do?
