Private money for apartments

Hello my name is Anthony. I currently own two triplexes and I'm looking to expand into more fourplexs. I have used up my credit in the conventional banks for down payments and I'm currently looking to get private money for my investments. This is new to me and I'm not quite sure how to get started finding private money. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time

Most private money comes from talking about what you do.  People always ask "What's New?"  Tell them about your real estate deals.
