Hard Money/Private Money
Question guys, I've listened to a few podcast and I've heard people say they used hard money or private money. My question is, do you still need your own money to use hard money or private money? Is this why people end up wholesaling, so they can get some capital to do a bigger deal? I'll be open I have no money to spare, but I want to do a deal bad, just don't want to try to get hard money (credit sucks) and then not be able to do that either. I can say that i'm saving, but if there is a way to do a deal faster i'd be interested in knowing. Thanks guys
