How do you find your settlement agent

Hi, I am taking a poll to determine what search criteria a lender / broker uses to determine the settlement agent used in the closing process.

For example, is it based on a past relationship? Does your borrower ask for an individual or company? Is the geographical location of the settlement agent's office a consideration?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
