Good morning BP fam. I found a deal local to me and would like to opt in for a PML vs conventional bank.

Proposed purchase price 75-80k (not including closing costs) previous sale of similar property (more upgrades) $85k

50/mo HOA

Total Tax: 466 year 2024

Awaiting quote on insurance etc. 

Market is overflowing with rental applicants, average less than 15 days to fill vacancies. 

This would be our 4th property/deal.
