Financing Mixed-Use Property (4-Apartments & 1-Office)

I was looking to get some advice on the best way to finance a small mixed-use property? The office comprises about 33% of the SF and 20% of the current revenue. I have never financed anything with commercial space, and know it adds a layer of complications, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
