Construction loan. 3 duplexes going up simultaneously

We have 2 single family LRTs, one duplex, and we are finishing our first new build duplex. We used cash for this one and are financing our cash back out currently. We plan on building our next 3 duplexes simultaneously and would like a construction loan to move forward. We have one lender we are vetting, but would like more leads. Our credit scores are great and our DTI is 14%!

Thanks so much!
