NO Tax return financing for Multifamily

Hello-

Does anyone know who can loan on an 11 unit multifamily in Michigan and meet the following criteria

-65-70% LTV(650-700K Loan)

-NO tax returns required

-Sub 9% rate

-At least 5 year term. But prefer longer

Virtually any bank or CU I know requires tax returns. All the private options are in the high 9's or 10's and a bridge loan is too short.

Thank you!

11 Unit commercial loan is at least going to be in the high 10s with no tax returns... 30 years fixed
