alternatives to FirstKey & B2R?
Cerberus (through FirstKey) and Blackstone (through B2R) seem to be trying to quasi-institutionalize blanket/portfolio lending in the 1-4 unit SFR market. Is anyone aware of other players in this market (i.e. are Colony Capital or other big VC/hedge funds getting into this)?

FirstKey, Colonial and B2R virtually lend with same terms, although one of these is easier to work with than the others. See fine print on the docs they'll make you sign. They also have strict DSCR triggers, so make sure you know what you're getting into and your investment model works well with the debt structure before signing the docs.
