Lending via Stacksource

Vi Huang
Posted

Has anyone had experience with using Stacksource to find lenders? I see that they charge a fee and you have to upload a lot of info about the property as well as personal financial info. I wanted to make sure they're legit and see what financials and real estate owned details you provided. Thanks in advance.

@Vi Huang

Never heard of them but there are way too many lenders out there to be paying fees to review the loan.

Yea I agree. Why would you pay a fee for this? Just work with a mortgage broker.

@Vi Huang...are you looking for financing for a Commercial property? Stacksource is generally fwik about them a fintech CRE loan brokerage. They have many lender relationships and find the best lender (based on the criteria you match to). They're legit and I'm pretty sure while they do charge a fee, it's paid at closing. I just checked their site and it seems like they changed up some of their pricing models based on what I had seen in the past. I'm a loan broker in the CRE space, but have never used them.

Hi Vi! There's too many free resources out there to find a lender, like BP and Scotsman Guide.
