Any one hear of or have any experience with NorthCoast Consulting Group?

Seen a YouTube where the owner/principal provided a process to scale quickly. Want to know if this organization is what it advertised to be. Can't find it on BBB or anywhere else I've searched.

he surely sounds like he is in cleveland you can tell by their accents.. nothing earth shaking in what he is saying..

I have actually used them, and worked with their principal in that video they are OK.  I personally don't want to use them again mainly because of the lack of communication

ya I watched the video you can tell industry knowledge and experience no doubt.. but unique lender not so sure about that.. Lots of us do what he does and do it better or better terms and more leverage I know I do. and no one can fund as fast as me LOL  by the time he is  done doing a deep dive into your fico and your PFS and verifying your assets I will have your deal closed and funded !!

I used to see one of their bizdev guys at meetups. I had a client gathering information from them, but you had to borrow through a new LLC (at the time), which didn't make sense to me. You had to start a new LLC, sell whatever from your old LLC to the new one, and I was out right there.

Also, because I was uncertain if the Neal Wolf in that video is the same Neal Wolf that was a mortgage guy who got convicted in a large mortgage fraud bust in 2008. The defendent was 33 around then.

Yes. This was my concern as well regarding the legal issue and it being the same person.  Said issue is what prompted my original post.
